Comment Alex Stanco I’m thinking they’re contracted with US customs? Are they looking for a GL policy or more of a Professional liability policy? I’m an agent domiciled in NY and write in NJ.

I'm looking at a proposal where the broker trying to take this away has already gutted several coverages, but the trailers are listed as having liability, but generating zero premium. Wondering if they are assuming trailers are always connected and therefore getting the liability from the vehicle pulling them? This would be problematic if thats the case as the trailers are routinely disconnected on job sites.
