I insure a general contractor. Subcontractor changed the plans, did not slope tile correctly and used two different drain products causing a faulty pluming connection.
She got the COI from the subcontractor who has NEXT & it even showed E&O limit of $10,000 on the COI.
Next is denying claim. Her carrier is going back and forth with them, but it was only reported a few days ago, so no resolution as of yet.… See more
