I have a commercial auto policy with some construction trailers on it. The insured is asking, if one of the trailers is sitting on a job site and, for whatever reason, rolls into the structure being built, or another trailer, what coverage would pay for the damages?
Since liability is only covered when the trailer is attached to the covered vehicle, trailers do have both comp and coll coverage.
