I have a client who owns a commercial building with two storefronts (nail salon & restaurant) on the 1st floor, and two apartments on the 2nd floor in NJ. Any suggestions on who would write this risk? I tried Pathpoint and they will only write the GL, not the property. Thank you in advance for the suggestions.
