I don't do a lot of bonds so I'm not sure if the rate I'm getting on a bond quote is decent or not. Any opinions?
HVAC contractor doing a $1M job. Needs a payment and performance bond. Got quoted for $13,500. Contractor has been in business for 20+ years with good credit, good financials, etc. If this $13,500 is at least in the ballpark, I'll roll with it. But if it's double what I could get him somewhere else, I'd be interested in knowing. Thanks
