Has anyone ever had this scenario? I'm in N TX and have a commercial client who has a dirt pit operation. He has inland marine on an excavator. During heavy rains, he noticed a levy between his property and the next over was starting to fail. He was attempting to shore up (yes its shore up and not sure up but that's a topic for a different day) the levy but was unsuccessful.
