Needing help for a hard to place bond.... I have a general contractor needing a $320,000 performance bond. Owner has bad personal credit and all my companies are declining(Travelers, LM, Hartford, Bond Exchange, CCI, CNA). Any advice on where to place this? (GC and project located in Oregon).
