Does anyone have a market for builders risk in CA for manufactured home installation?
This is a corporation that owns the land, has the manufactured homes delivered, they remove axles and attach to a permanent foundation, then sell them. Many are already presold by the time the home is delivered.
The two owners have combined 70+ years of experience. No losses.
