Hello, New to commercial insurance and getting confused with damage to premises rented. CNA - Commercial GL with Contractors General Liability Extension Endorsement (GLEE). Is fire damage an automatic given since it's a covered peril? I don't see this coverage specifically listed for premises rented. Also how is this not a double coverage issue, since the landlord is insuring the building?
