Bed and breakfast in SC. Old building, not on the national register of historic places but located in a historic district so they do have to go through a local Design Review Board for any updates/changes to the building. ~6,000 heated sq ft, originally built as a single family home before it was converted to a B&B 30 years ago. Built in 1920, all major systems (Roof, HVAC, Electric, Plumbing) have been updated in the last 5 years.
