We have a client who owns a beautiful property with two separate tenant operations. One portion of the land is leased to a tenant who operates an outdoor cannabis grow and uses an on-site building for packing. Separately, there is a $1 million home on the same property that is leased to an unrelated tenant who has no connection to the cannabis business. Because both risks are located at the same address, we are having difficulty finding coverage.
