WA - Home Converting to Wedding Venue in Wildfire Area

WA STATE. I have another tough one. I already have the home insured with Travelers. They want to start offering their property as an Event Venue, specifically as a Wedding and Reception venue. They will still occupy the home as their primary. I need to move the home from Travelers Personal as they will not want this exposure. Hurdles include location in a high wild fire score area, in addition to it being an owner-occupied venue.
