TX: 80 acre ranch where portion is leased out for oil production. There are several oil pumps used to pump oil. Owner has a context with the oil company and is compensated for the use of land and oil that is produced.
Other portion of land is for personal use-deer hunting. No buildings on land.
Looking for a LIABILITY policy. He’s never had insurance on it.
