Trucking Insurance Hello all, I don’t do a ton of commercial trucking but have a guy who calls from time to time with his hair on fire expecting us to drop everything everytime he calls to get a COI out so he can book loads. Is this common? Do any of you commercial trucking guru’s have a dedicated person just sitting ready to send out COI’s the moment the request comes in? Or do you just have them wait? Becasue it’s just ridiculous to literally stop everything immediately to g
