Thoughts? Have a friend that has Farm Bureau. He has a water claim. FB paid his claim. However, upon researching claim they determined that cause of sudden water loss was due to plumber error. Two days ago FB sues the plumber under my friends name. Friend v Mr Plumber case number 1234.
Question, friend has been paid all ready. Why are they using his name only to subrogate the law suit? Should this not be between FB and the plumber
