So I hear y'all Farmer's agents had some meetings that is not favorable to the agents. Looks like they are trying to push out the seasoned agents to bring in newer agents on under a less attractive commissions scale. You have to sell $6000 in new business premium EVERY month. If you don't they cut your commissions down to 1% for 6 months AND you have to have 2 active sales reps employed in your agency. That's horrible
