one of my team members did a florida state workers comp insurance...

one of my team members did a florida state workers comp insurance policy over $50,000 . we normally charge a broker fee in new york for these since there are no commissions paid on these, however is this not okay in Florida?

You can get their commercial auto but anything for hire is only direct insured to them. As of now.
