Wisconsin has cottage food laws (like many others) catering wedding cakes, wedding cupcakes, sour dough bread, pastries, pickles, pickled everything, cake pops, suckers etc
How would you advise them in insurance. My approach is call me on a non recorded line, don’t give anyone food poisoning, pretend you’re running a bakery (food rules laws etc) and pray.
