NY Agents, looking for thoughts on a NY farmowner policy. The insureds raise cattle for sale of beef (no butchering on premises), also sells maple syrup and eggs. There is a bed & breakfast on the property and a barn used for wedding venue (4-6 times annually). Here comes the fun part, he hosts off road racing once per year (ATV & dirt bikes) in which many racers & their family camp for the weekend. There is typically 1500 or more visitors on race day. He also allows the local chamber & community event center to host an annual 5K on the property. Current carrier non-renewed but agreed to rewrite with a statement they will no longer allow the off road racing & 5K. He makes decent money from the off road race & enjoys it and likes to allow the 5K because it's great for the community and a nice fundraiser for the local chamber & community center. Anyone have any thoughts as to who might insure this with these 2 races taking place once per year?
