Need help placing a company for Workers Comp in WV. Previous history is Encova and Travelers. Currently lapsed from Travelers for a few days due to premium spiking. Has 21 employees and contracts roofing work. Used to directly do roofing work inhouse, but no longer. They only have service/sales staff on their payroll, and contract ALL manual labor out. Liberty, Pie, Nationwide, BiBerk, Guard, and Employers have all declined.
