Lost a client who owns a building with a cannabis dispensary store. Not one insurance company in my entire province was willing to offer coverage and the current insurance company lost their Lloyd’s contract so couldn’t offer renewal conditions.
Found him a broker in a different province who has access to ONE insurance company who can write it.
Sent him to that broker and this is the response I got.
