Looking for suggestions! Im in Michigan and I have a prospect that purchased an alpaca farm 3 years ago and has since converted the out buildings into a venue for weddings and other events (no farm animals present any longer). Their home is on the property but wont be accessible to those who are there for the event. There is no cooking on premises and they have a dedicated person that will be hired for each event to provide the alcohol and they have their own coverage. There are 4 total buildings and 3 of them will be used in coordination with an event. Any help on where to look would be appreciated! FYI Philadelphia wouldnt accept the risk and we are actively looking for other options.
