Looking for some opinions on the following situation: Customer is a brewery that leases a building from the landlord. The current lease states that the tenant will insure the building. Tenant wants to move their policy to me, and in the process, negotiate a change in the lease where the owner of the building is responsible for the insurance on the building (lessor's risk) and where the building will not be insured on the policy I write for the tenant.
