I’ve got a tough one and could use some help. I’m working with some c-stores here in TN that are selling CBD products. When I quote them with Travelers, it asks about CBD sales and if I answer yes, it automatically declines. I’ve looked through Travelers and Auto-Owners policies and I’m not really seeing an exclusion for it. Who is everyone using for these kinds of risks? It seems like just about every c-store is selling CBD these days.
