I’ve been doing insurance over 12 years and I’ve never quite figured out why realtors think we are flood zone experts but that being said got to keep our referral sources happy. Does anyone have a website they use that is easy to figure out flood zones? Lately I’ve been just doing a mock quote. Hoping there’s something magical out there where you can just plug an address in and figure it out. Any tips, tricks are greatly appreciated.
