It's not often I absolutely scratch my head trying to find a market for something but here I am. Need monoline WC for new in biz, 100% subbed commercial janitorial work, owners want to be covered (8742), no prior, biz in IL but work will be done nationwide except HI, AK, and monopolistic states. CNA, Employers, and AmTrust declined, brokerage we use said they don't have any markets either.
