I typically don’t do these things but helping out a close friend… I need liability for a “ranch” that is just a piece of land out in the middle of nowhere in Arizona with power and water used as a RV park. They do have horse stalls and allow people to bring their horses to the property and use the stalls. They don’t have horses of their own, they don’t do any tours or any of that.
