I say flood insurance is my least favorite part about insurance. Sometimes I say it's farm insurance. But really, it's claims. I cannot wave a magic wand and make the insurance company pay your shop's labor rates. I have no control over estimates provided by body shops or by claims adjusters. Speaking of adjusters... call yours instead of me, please! I understand it's probably one of the most important things in your life right now but your agent has no pull in the claims process.
