I need some insight from the commercial indies in here:
I’ve been quoting a customer of ours for their self storage facility. They currently have Penn National. Not trying to throw shade at the company, I’m just mentioning it for the purpose of figuring out why this particular company has this policy written this way. I’m looking for some clarification because I can’t tell if the way I’m having to do this is based on my (captive) company, or if this Penn National policy isn’t correct.
