Who can insure the uninsureable? I have a client with a home in an estate, house was hit by a drunk driver, there is damage to the side of the home that cannot be repaired until weather allows because part of the foundation needs to be repaired, which you can't do when it's sub-freezing. Was dropping by the prior carrier because of it being in an estate for over a year. Declined by every carrier I have and even by the FAIR plan. Location: PA. PC 4, no flood zone. Just need basic DP1 coverage. House is now unoccupied and will be put up for sale once the repairs are complete. See less

I have a farm insurance referral for a friend of mine in TN. I can't write it, not licensed for that state. Not currently insured, they have a small herd of beef cattle that her son shows and the house is a mobile home. She would be willing to entertain bundling auto as well.
