I just do not understand how people are so casual about having electrical and plumbing from like 1925, oldest Ive seen was 1890, but they are always like "yeah it has no problems, renovated the whole house except those"......one of the few things that always leaves me speechless... a client who wanted me to take them is spending around 500k to renovate the home but plans to leave the plumbing and electrical from 1928
