I have a customer that is an electrical contractor, new in business, that is looking a California business attorney who drafts contracts for contractors, i.e. someone that can create legally compliant contract packages that includes mechanic lien documents, change orders, and other contractor forms. If you know anyone, please let me know as I told him I would check with my colleagues.
