I have a client who lives in Minnesota and is buying a golf course in Pennsylvania near the Poconos Mountains. The closing is on the 27th of this month.
I have some details on the purchase, but not all of them. I have access to loss runs for some claims with the previous owner.
I have not personally reviewed the risk and all pertinent details since I can't write it.
