I have a business owner who operates salon/skin care. Now she's offering botox. She's state-certified to provide the procedure through approved education. There's no appetite from standard market, and even a very few non-standard market is willing to offer a policy since it's not performed in doctor's office by MD, PA, or RN. Anyone out there experienced this or know who to contact?
