I am having the hardest time trying to flat cancel a workers comp through BTIS. It took them 4 days to send bind confirmation for the policy so the customer obtained coverage elsewhere. I've submitted a signed LPR and proof of replacement coverage and they are still refusing to cancel. It's been a month of going back and forth with them.
