Hey guys, is anybody a PA flood insurance expert here? My uncle owns a mixed use building in PA and the town is requiring him to water proof up to a certain elevation of the building. The cost would be $60k unless he can prove that he can secure a flood insurance quote to the town. Of course, it's been a pain in the ass to get a quote.
