Hello Everyone, looking for guidance from those agents in Virginia, working with a staffing agency that provides extra staff for events, they have a 20k claim in their WC, which has lapsed since Nov last year due to non renewal. I had asked before here about it and was told my best shot was the state fund. My question is how does that work and where can I find more info?
