Having a super hard time quoting a new purchase. It is a self-storage mini warehouse built in the 60s - 70 units, they want rcv $1m+. The issue is the property coverage I can’t find any companies that are willing to insure wind and hail. The current active policy on this property is actually excluding wind and hail but I dont think I’d feel okay issuing a policy excluding the most important risk to cover in TX.
