Have you ever had a Workers Comp client have a claim covered where; an employee got inappropriate and made a sceen, yelling explicitives and then was subsequently fired, then had a small altercation with the manager, told to leave and then injured himself on the way out after being fired. Ex-employee is now demanding to file a claim on their insurance, which makes me curious if it indeed would be covered on WC or say a different business policy.
