Have a customer that currently has commercial auto with Encova. Quoted them with Progressive and the quote is $10k cheaper. The quote doesn't seem unreasonably low, but unfamiliar as I'm a newer independent agent. Any red flags with Progressive commercial auto or is Encoca typically high? It's only 3 autos and 3 small box trucks, 2 of which are hardly driven.
