Got a referral off of Facebook last week. Guy owns a bed and breakfast/wedding venue. It’s an E&S policy and is renewing on the 26th. My knee jerk reaction was “waste of time”. Premium is about $25k and it was so close to renewal I figured it would be a waste, but I called him anyway. Found out he hates his agent.
