Freight Broker Policy - 3PL Agent COI Requirements

Question for my freight broker/3PL agents. I have a Freight Broker that is trying to do business with a company that is requesting a Freight Broker Policy be listed on the COI. My insured has GL, auto, cargo, and contingent cargo but the company wants a specific freight broker policy.
