A good chuckle for your day:
A few weeks ago in a commercial policy review I had asked the administrator I typically work with about the age of the roof, HVAC system, Electrical panels, and general plumbing. She did not know, but would have the maintenance guy call me about it. (Our data on this defaults to the year it was constructed unless we fill it in.)
