10 unit trucking - frozen/fresh chicken hauling - $4M excess liability - AL

Have a 10 unit trucking account working on a direct contract to haul frozen/fresh chickens. Needs a 4 million dollar excess liability policy over AL only. I've taken it to RT Specialty but pricing was crazy high (45k for first 2 million) and looking like the same for other two million. CAB isn't great and losses aren't awful but there are some.
