AO is great option for Garage. I just placed a couple there in the last month.
Has anyone come across an ATV or off road vehicle with an assembled vehicle title. Client said it has been approved for off road use. I'm not sure there are any carriers that will write those. I'm in Michigan

There isn’t many markets. If it’s not with AO it’s probably with National Indemnity or Argonaut
AO was good when I owned my class B dealership/repair shop. There were other cheaper options out there but its been years.

Almost all standards are out. Auto Owners and Federated are the two standard carriers still writing in MI as far as I know. And of course, Federated is captive. Other than that, you'd have to go E&S, unfortunately. Costs are about 40- 60% higher compared to standard market placement.
