Where could I place an assisted living single family dwelling? The assisted living company will pay my insured for the rent on behalf of the individuals occupying the property. I'm 99% certain this would fall under commercial just didn't know if anybody has quoted this type of risk before. Have called a few carriers including Safeco and they have turned it down.
