I think Hartford has extensions for assisted living if they still own their home
Are they moving into an assisted living area or into a campus that also has an assisted living facility. Some of these have 55+ apartments.
I'm in IL and was able to get this done at The Hartford and Travelers.

We've been able to out with Travelers in the past.
Assisted living and nursing homes in general can have higher risks for theft/mysterious disappearance when staff have access to the apartment. Also higher instances of fire as the elderly begin to decline and forget to turn off appliances
