*OHIO* Am I missing something? Where are we placing renters policies for our older clients who move into these fancy "independent living" communities? Progressive says no. Erie says no. Nat Gen says no. (to assisted living or "like type" facilities) What am I missing here?

Assisted living and nursing homes in general can have higher risks for theft/mysterious disappearance when staff have access to the apartment. Also higher instances of fire as the elderly begin to decline and forget to turn off appliances

Are they moving into an assisted living area or into a campus that also has an assisted living facility. Some of these have 55+ apartments.
