This happened in front of me the other day at the car wash. Shut the whole thing down. My question is, with a high litigation society that we live in, you think the Carwash will go after them for more than the liability limits? Downtime means lost earnings and for a major chain, I can't imagine they'd be happy about losing so much money on a super busy business day like that. Better to set a higher liability limit, than to screw people with too little. Just some food for thought!
