If someone is in a car wash and accidentally puts their car in park instead of drive and the car behind them hits them and goes up under them. Who is at fault? Asking for a friend. Person driving car in back had to get out run inside the office and get the two employees to shut off the car wash. The employees had no clue and didn't hear everyone honking.
