So I have a lead that offers a permit service in Texas. In other words they will file permits for clients, take care of the paperwork that's needed. I am having a heck of a time trying to place this for GL or e&o. Any suggestions are most appreciated. I have tried next and hiscox. Could this be E&S? I feel like it's not that crazy of a risk.
